Personal data collected by ELIGENDA®

ELIGENDA® collects and uses only the necessary data to provide you with personalized and quality services as part of its activities.

We collect personal data that you voluntarily submit to us with the contact form when you register, change your data or communicate by e-mail or phone.

ELIGENDA® may be required to collect different categories of personal data including:

Contact information (your first name, surname, date of birth, personal and/or professional address, e-mail address, telephone number, gender and age).

Identification (photocopy of passport) to confirm your identity, especially when organizing travel.

    To manage your customer account;

    To respond to your requests via our email addresses or phone number;

    To inform you about ELIGENDA® news and offers.

    We need to keep and use this data in order to fulfill our part of the contract. We cannot respond to your order if we do not have your name and contact information.

    To keep you updated. We only send you information with your permission.

  • Your gender and age 

    To book plane tickets, for example, or to accomplish some administrative procedures for you.

    This information is required in order to complete certain administrative procedures. To customize our service.

  • Your Identification

    In order to be able to organize and carry out ELIGENDA® services requiring this information (especially for booking trips).

    We need this data to fulfill our part of the contract and be able to deliver a complete and quality service. 

  • Your payment information 

    To accept your payments and receive your refunds.

    We need that data to fulfill our part of the contract. 

  • Your contact and order history

    To provide you with assistance.

    To manage your client account.

    To offer you services that you like. 

    We need that data to fulfill our part of the contract. 

    This makes it easier to search for and anticipate your requests. 

Sharing your personal data

In order to accomplish the purposes as described above, ELIGENDA® discloses your personal data only to service providers and subcontractors performing services on your behalf.

The security of your data and your rights

Your personal data is kept for 5 years from the date of your last activity by the ELIGENDA® service. 

In accordance with the European Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), you have different rights:

Access: You can get information about the processing of your personal data as well as a copy of that personal data;

The right to correct: If you feel that your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may require that this personal data be changed accordingly;

The right to delete: You may require the deletion of your personal data within the limits of what is permitted by regulation;

The right to limit processing: You can request the limitation of the processing of your personal data;

The right to object: you may object to the processing of your personal data, for reasons related to your particular situation. You have the absolute right to object to the processing of your personal data for commercial exploration purposes, including profiling related to that prospecting;

The right to portability of your data, when this right is applicable, you have the right that the personal data you have provided to us will be returned to you or, where possible, technically, to transfer it to a third party;

The right to set guidelines for the retention, erasure or disclosure of your personal data, applicable after your death;
